Terms and conditions for events at Promodo Hub
๐Our space is ready for transformation in accordance with your project.
We can change the position of the stage, chairs, tables, sofas, boards, and other portable items. We allow you to place advertising stands, posters, and other decorative elements, as well as your furniture or additional equipment, as long as they do not damage walls, floors, mirrors, windows, and furniture in Promodo Hub. We urge you to use fasteners that do not leave marks after dismantling.
Be sure to notify us of your special wishes for space by e-mail [email protected] no later than 3 (three) business days before the event.
๐Interaction with contractors
We know how important it is to work with trusted contractors, so we never limit the circle of performers who can work at your event. You can invite your catering companies, photographers and videographers, presenters, decorators, and other professionals. If you need our help finding quality contractors, just let us know and we will offer options.

๐ Cafe
Promodo Hub has its own cafe with a barista. He brews perfect coffee, tea and delicious cocoa. The rental price includes two teapots of tea and two teapots of filter coffee. We also offer the following types of cafe work:
- Deposit. You pay a certain amount for which your guests will receive drinks, and our barista will calculate the expense in a special accounting program: the report will be available for you. We will send the menu upon request. The rest of the deposit, if any, will be refunded, and if your guests drink more coffee than you planned, the barista will inform immediately ๐ The work of the barista is not paid separately.
- Cafe mode. Your guests buy drinks like in a regular cafe.
- My treat. You treat guests with your own tea and set up your own coffee machine, serving it during the event.
At your disposal, regardless of the option chosen:
- thermo pot (20L boiler with a tap);
- dishes (cups, glasses, plates, spoons and forks, napkins).
- a fountain with very clean drinking water that has passed several stages of filtration.
๐Promodo Hub Team
The rental price includes the work of a sound and lighting technician, a cleaner, and a hub administrator who will help resolve any space-related issues.
๐Time for installation and dismantling
We understand that a good event requires time for the installation and dismantling of additional equipment, decor, etc. By the actual rental time, we provide 30 additional minutes before and 30 minutes after the event free of charge. If you need more time for the technical preparation of the hall, it will be paid separately.
๐Forbidden:
- Smoking. There are no Iqos-friendly zones at Promodo Hub. You can smoke only outside.
- Store and use substances and items that are prohibited by law for circulation or restricted in circulation (poisonous, explosive, psychotropic, bacterial, radioactive, narcotic substances and items, weapons, etc.).
- Store and use items that require special storage conditions and pose an immediate danger to property and people (chemicals, poisonous and caustic substances, acids and alkalis, mercury, mineral fertilizers, etc.).
- Carry out repair or improvement work (painting walls, hammering nails, etc.)
- Use fireworks, firecrackers, flares, sparklers, and other flammable, combustible items.
๐Announcements of your event in social networks and on the website
At your request, we can place an announcement of the event on our website hub.promodo.ua with a link to the registration or ticket sales page. To do this, you need to send to [email protected] a description of the event in Ukrainian, Russian and English, as well as images without text (you can use a logo) in the following sizes (jpg or png or mp4 formats):
- 2000 x 1344 px (horizontally)
- 557 ั 377 px (horizontally)
- 546 ั 241 pxย (horizontally)
- 320 ั 465 px (vertically)
In order for your event to be included in the calendar of our Facebook page, you can add us to the co-organizers. We can publish one separate post on the Facebook page, and two reposts in the Stories – on Facebook and Instagram.ย
๐ Tour of Promodo Hub
Our space is not only a hub, which includes: a large hall, a lounge, and two classrooms, but also the office of the Promodo marketing agency, filled with cool associations with Kharkoiv. Here you can find a miniature of the metro, restored cabins of the old cable car, Saltovka and Derzhprom meeting rooms, and a whole collection of works by the best Kharkiv artists and photographers. At your request, we conduct excursions around the space, but we insist: it is forbidden to enter the office area on your own.

We created the hub with love, and we are ready to share this love with each of our guests. We ask you to take good care of all things in the space because losses caused during the event by your guests, team, or contractors must be reimbursed.
