Dancing is a great way to shake off the remnants of the offseason! On April 11 at Promodo Hub we will dance together with Kyiv electronic improvisers Junket, who combine saxophone, flute, and vocals with electronic beats in their live shows. This gives their music a special sonic scope. The band's style covers break-beat, funk, electro dub, minimal house and drum'n'bass.
Junket — an electronic side-project of the Atomic Simao participants (Georgy Valchuk and Nikolai Shostov) and a vocalist Dmitry Sazonov. The guys recently celebrated 4 years of co-creation. During this time they managed to perform at the Atlas Weekend, Z-Games, Hedonism Festival festivals, warmed up Kiasmos concerts in Ukraine and Europe.
In the fall of 2019, the project became one of three winners of the Jäger Music Awards in the Young Blood nomination, receiving a vinyl release of their debut album. As a result, 8 tracks were recorded on the first vinyl of Junket, which they presented in July 2020, and two of the coolest videos were reliesed right after it.
Visual Art will maintain an incredible atmosphere and enhance the effect of the party. The visuals were specially created for Junket's performance at the Promodo Hub by the talented Zhi-Zhi Visuals.
