On Valentine's Day, a famous Ukrainian jazz trio will perform on the Promodo Hub stage: a singer LAURA MARTI, pianist NATALIYA LEBEDEVA, and a double bass player YAROSLAV TAVORIANSKYI. The program called "MUSIC IS LOVE" includes the author's songs, as well as jazz standards in their own arrangements. We'll serve you Prosecco and give an atmosphere of love.
Laura Marty is a jazz, ethnic, and pop singer, composer, and lyricist. Ukrainian woman with Armenian roots and a Brazilian heart. In 2017 she was named "A Singer of the Year" by Elle Style Awards. In 2018 she was nominated for the Project of the Year category.
In addition to her own jazz and pop projects, Laura sings with the Natalya Lebedeva Trio and Alexei Kogan's "Jazz in Kiev Band". Participant of festivals: Leopolis Jazz Fest and Alfa Jazz Fess, Jazz nad Odrą, Lotos Jazz Fest, Bielska Zadymka Jazzowa, Jazz Bez, and others.
She has collaborated with foreign musicians such as Lars Danielsson, Magnus Öström, Bobby Mcferrin, Michiel Borstlap, Hans Peter Salentin, Misha Tsiganov, Vadim Neselovskyi, and Tamara Lukasheva.
Natalia Lebedeva is a pianist, composer, arranger, senior lecturer at the Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music.
She is the creator of various jazz projects, such as "Bach in Jazz", "Cover Z", "Quests", "Jazz UA", where she collaborated and toured with musicians from Austria, Hungary, Germany, Argentina: Istvan Gyarfas, Balazs Balog, Wolfram Derschmidt, Marco Misciagna, Flavio Romero, Oscar Guinta, Hans Peter Salentine.
She actively collaborates with the famous Ukrainian singer Laura Marty in the "Shine" and "Everything will be fine" programs.
As part of the trio, she gave concerts in Poland, Slovakia, released the albums "Paints", "Medium Cool", "Tatransky Caj", "Quests", participated in international jazz festivals: Leopolis Jazz Fest, Art Jazz Cooperation, Jazz Bez, Koktebel Jazz Festival , Asu Jazz Fest, Jazznica, EU Jazz Express, Jazz Jamboree, Bielska Zadymka Jazowa, etc.
Yaroslav Tovaryansky is a double bass player, composer, arranger. One of the active participants in the Ukrainian jazz environment. Over the past 5 years, he took part in more than 100 concerts, various projects, album recordings, working and sharing the stage with such famous foreign and Ukrainian musicians as Mark Turner, Mike Moreno, John Hollenbeck, Natalia Lebedeva, Alexey Bogolyubov, Dennis Adu, Vladimir Voshkolup, in the collectives Show Boat, The Segment Quartet, Laura Marti "Shine", the list goes on.
Participant in many international jazz festivals.
