Terms and conditions for events at Promodo Hub<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
\ud83d\udc49Our space is ready for transformation in accordance with your project.<\/b><\/p>\n
We can change the position of the stage, chairs, tables, sofas, boards, and other portable items. We allow you to place advertising stands, posters, and other decorative elements, as well as your furniture or additional equipment, as long as they do not damage walls, floors, mirrors, windows, and furniture in Promodo Hub. We urge you to use fasteners that do not leave marks after dismantling.<\/p>\n
Be sure to notify us of your special wishes for space by e-mail hub@promodo.com no later than 3 (three) business days before the event.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udc49Interaction with contractors<\/b><\/p>\n
We know how important it is to work with trusted contractors, so we never limit the circle of performers who can work at your event. You can invite your catering companies, photographers and videographers, presenters, decorators, and other professionals. If you need our help finding quality contractors, just let us know and we will offer options.<\/p>\n
\u2757\ufe0fBut please remember that you are responsible for their performance and compliance with the Promodo Hub terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n Please notify us about your special requests for comfortable working conditions for your contractors (for example, access to running water, etc.), by email hub@promodo.com no later than 3 (three) business days before the event<\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49 Cafe<\/b><\/p>\n Promodo Hub has its own cafe with a barista. He brews perfect coffee, tea and delicious cocoa. The rental price includes two teapots of tea and two teapots of filter coffee. We also offer the following types of cafe work:<\/p>\n At your disposal, regardless of the option chosen:<\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49Promodo Hub Team<\/b><\/p>\n The rental price includes the work of a sound and lighting technician, a cleaner, and a hub administrator who will help resolve any space-related issues.<\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49Time for installation and dismantling<\/b><\/p>\n We understand that a good event requires time for the installation and dismantling of additional equipment, decor, etc. By the actual rental time, we provide 30 additional minutes before and 30 minutes after the event free of charge. If you need more time for the technical preparation of the hall, it will be paid separately.<\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49Forbidden:<\/b><\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49<\/span>Announcements of your event in social networks and on the website<\/b><\/p>\n At your request, we can place an announcement of the event on our website <\/b>hub.promodo.ua<\/b><\/a> with a link to the registration or ticket sales page. To do this, you need to send to hub@promodo.com a description of the event in Ukrainian, Russian and English, as well as images without text (you can use a logo) in the following sizes (jpg or png or mp4 formats):<\/p>\n In order for your event to be included in the calendar of our Facebook page, you can add us to the co-organizers. We can publish one separate post on the Facebook page, and two reposts in the Stories – on Facebook<\/a> and Instagram<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49<\/span> Tour of Promodo Hub<\/b><\/p>\n Our space is not only a hub, which includes: a large hall, a lounge, and two classrooms, but also the office of the Promodo marketing agency, filled with cool associations with Kharkoiv. Here you can find a miniature of the metro, restored cabins of the old cable car, Saltovka and Derzhprom meeting rooms, and a whole collection of works by the best Kharkiv artists and photographers. At your request, we conduct excursions around the space, but we insist: it is forbidden to enter the office area on your own.<\/p>\n We love Promodo Hub and take care that the guests all enjoyed \ud83e\udde1<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n We created the hub with love, and we are ready to share this love with each of our guests.
